By accessing or using Surfing Earth, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Surfing Earth

Surfing Earth (surfingearth.com) is a live Earth frequency monitoring platform providing real-time Schumann Resonance data, space weather information, and personal cosmic reading tools including astrology, numerology, biorhythm, tarot, I Ching, chakra mapping, and related esoteric content.

The service is operated by SurfingEarth.com. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to SurfingEarth.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Surfing Earth. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian permission.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free tier — available to all users without registration. Includes live SR frequency, space weather dashboard, moon phase, horoscope, tarot, numerology, and basic Chinese astrology.

Pro tier — requires account registration and a paid subscription. Unlocks 13 advanced modules including Soul Resonance Chart, Human Design, Kabbalistic Tree of Life, Sacred Geometry, Planetary Harmonics, and more.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Pro subscriptions are available monthly ($4.99/mo) or annually ($35.88/yr, equivalent to $2.99/mo).
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account menu → Manage Subscription.
Upon cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of the first charge if requested at support@surfingearth.com.
Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods after the first 48-hour window.

6. Disclaimer — Nature of Content

Important: All astrological, numerological, biorhythmic, tarot, I Ching, rune, chakra, and other esoteric readings provided by Surfing Earth are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on this content. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters.

Schumann Resonance and space weather data are sourced from third-party scientific institutions (Tomsk SOS, NOAA SWPC, NASA DONKI) and presented as-is. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service.
Share, sell, or distribute Pro subscription access with others.
Attempt to circumvent subscription gates or access Pro features without payment.
Interfere with the service's operation or security.
Use automated tools to access the service at rates that could degrade performance for other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Surfing Earth — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the arrangement thereof — is owned by SurfingEarth.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

Surfing Earth integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, Google OAuth, and Apple OAuth. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SurfingEarth.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SurfingEarth.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing support@surfingearth.com.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SurfingEarth.com operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
